History Was Made

The Estadio Nacional. A warm May evening in Portugal. Jock Stein's Celtic faced the masters of defensive football and attacked from the very first whistle. Tommy Gemmell equalised. Stevie Chalmers won it. 2–1. The European Cup came to Glasgow — and to a club that represented something far greater than football. This watch exists because of that night. The 1,967 pieces are not a random number — they are a monument.
One piece for every year of the triumph that changed British football forever.

"We did it by playing football. Pure, beautiful, attacking football."
